Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change at the last moment. However to ensure that appointment slots can be given to other patients if you cannot attend, please give 24 hours-notice for cancellation/rescheduling. Failure to do so shall result in charges of:
- 50% of full fee: 12-23 hours ahead of appointment
- 100% of full fee: 0-12 hours ahead of appointment
